1. What did you think of the validation service? Was it helpfull to you?
• Was not aware of the utility, I like it. It definatly higlights my coding mistakes. I'm finding out that I need to pay closer attention to detail.
2. Did any of the validation error messges surprise you?
• Yes. It did not like the entity code of • for the bulletin. I'm using the • instead.
3. What did you learn about the "new" element or attribute that you chose to include on your page? Did the element and/or attribute work as your expected?
• The TABLE element takes an optional SUMMARY attribute to describe the purpose and/or structure of the table. The overview provided by the SUMMARY attribute is particularly helpful to users of non-visual browsers. Was not able to test it.
4. What's your impression of some of the new features in HTML 4.0? What elements do you think you'll make use of?
• May use THEAD and TFOOT once it's better supported.
5. Do you know of any sites on the Web that utilize many features of HTML 4.0?
• Not really.
